Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences. We do not guarantee that your display will render colours exactly as shown.

Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia. Estimated delivery times vary by region — see our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Customers)

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@after-deskritual.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.

Limitation of Liability
