90-Night Guarantee

We're confident in the After-Desk Ritual. If after 14 nights of consistent use you don't feel a difference, we'll give you a full refund — no restocking fees, no awkward emails.

How to return

Email us at hello@after-deskritual.com within 90 nights of delivery. Tell us your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive the item back in reasonable condition, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

A couple of things to keep in mind

• 14-day minimum. We ask that you give it at least 14 nights before requesting a return — the ritual takes a few sessions to work.
• Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
• Condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent. Normal signs of use are fine.
• No restocking fee. Ever.

Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us within 6 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it before it ships — no questions asked.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrived damaged or stops working within the trial period, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping — whichever you prefer.

EU & UK customers

In addition to our 90-night guarantee, EU and UK customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods under applicable consumer protection law, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@after-deskritual.com.

Chargebacks

We'd always rather fix a problem than fight a chargeback. If something went wrong, please reach out first — we'll make it right.
